New Plymouth Settlement, Green Turtle Cay

Since Scott was arriving on Tuesday, we went "provisioning" on Monday (Easter Monday, no less) in New Plymouth. Many places were closed, but it's a really nice, historic part of Green Turtle Cay.  Our supplies from Marathon, Florida, were running low, so we went hunting and gathering :)

Left our dinghy at the dock and walked through town

Very well-kept houses

You can buy all sorts of things here!

Pretty in pink :)

What are YOU doing in my neck of the woods?  Meow.

Sampling rum punch (I did not drink both)

This place was an unexpectedly delicious find on Easter Monday.....delicious conch

Be Nice, Not Naughty -- this is how we roll :)

Tranquil Turtle

Spring Break weeks are over, there aren't very many folks around these days

Our first experience "provisioning" -- btw, a case of Kalik (Bahamian beer) is $60! Rum is cheap.  We'll stick with rum from now on!
