Jellies!

We have seen many different types of jellyfish in the short time since we set sail....fresh water, brackish water, and salt water. Earlier this week, David and Izzy set off for the National Aquarium in Baltimore to see the Jellies Invasion exhibit. Very interesting "Oceans Out of Balance" interactive link here.  (I had no idea that they were brainless creatures!)

Fort McHenry

We have visitors this week :) so we're seeing a few sights around town.  We had a fantastic lunch in Fells Point at Thames Street Oyster House and then walked the grounds of Fort McHenry.  David said the oysters were some of the best he's ever tasted.  One variety, from Massachusetts, the actual oyster was the size of his hand -- not just his palm, his entire hand!
